PMS color, or Pantone Matching System color, is frequently used for printing spot colors, as these are printed with unique ink. The color is specified based on its pantone number or name within a color chart. It allows the colors to appear exactly as intended once printed instead of how they appear on a computer screen.
Process color, or CMYK color, uses four colors, which give the name its initials: cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. These four colors work together to form all other colors that are used in printing by using various color saturations. Process color is the most commonly used type in the packaging and printing industry.
Mockup(full color sample) is demo box with printing made from our professional cardboard plotter machine based on your uploaded artwork file. It ensures the carton is in correct dimension for your product & shipping package as well as your box style design. Mockup box packaging is strongly recommended as a secure process.
For any additional printing options (e.g. foil stamping,UV), they should be indicated and properly placed in separate layers.
Convert your text to outlines. No missing text will be verified from our end.
Under the Select menu, go to Object > All Text Objects to select all text objects.
To outline the selected texts, go to the Type menu.
Under the Type menu, go to Create Outlines to convert all text objects into outlines.
Access your Link window in Adobe Illustrator and select all images.
Use vector artwork for the best results, and 300dpi resolution for any images. Lower resolutions will produce fuzzy or pixelated printing.
Use a CMYK colour format in your artwork. If your artwork contains RGB colour, it will be automatically converted to CMYK which sometimes produces unexpected results.
You may change your document color mode by clicking File.
Hover over Document Color Mode and set it to CMYK Color.
The following guidelines are designed to ensure that your file is prepared in the proper format.
- Illustrator (.ai or .eps) files preferred. We also accept Photoshop (.psd, tiffs, or high-res jpeg) files, or PDF.
- All images must be in CMYK mode and linked. PMS colors should be specific.
- All images must be in high-res and embedded in the file. If not embedded, a picture folder containing all the link images should be sent along as well.
- All text must be converted to outlines. If not an outline, be sure a font folder containing all the artwork fonts is sent along as well.
- A minimum of 0.125″ bleed must be included if it is needed.
- Dieline templates and your artwork must be in separate layers.
- Additional options, like foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, PMS color etc., must be in separate layers with proper naming.

3. If your items purchased in China, Better to ship to us. Our packaging specialist will advise the size for you based on your item size and requirements.
A: After confirming all the details, the sample lead time is 3-5 working days and express delivery will take 3-5 working days to your door.

For small volume and urgent order, we suggest by express or air shiping.
For big volume order, we suggest by sea; shipping cost is much cheaper.
The mass production time of the product usually takes 15-22 working days.
1.Free for a stock sample to check the design and craft; freight collected or prepaid.
2.Custom new sample with your design takes 50usd-100usd depends on process of the product.
Sample cost will be fully or partial refund after bulk order.
Our MOQ is 1000pcs. For supporting new company business,500pcs is also acceptable.
